She was SOOO thorough, meticulous attention to detail, did things I didn't even ask her to address (like cleaning the inside of the oven and fridge), and all the rooms were done so well~! Elsa was very professional, on time and cleaned well. My only suggestion was if additional time to be needed/billed it would be discussed ahead of time. I think maybe a slight language barrier might have been part of it. Overall we would live to have her back. She is very nice and dilligent. I have tip in cash.

I just see the plan details after my money deducted without my consent . I just aggreed for one time clean up and i dont want any membership . cancel my membership and refund my membership amount . I need a contact support number to get this sorted out.
