Three ladies showed up and they did an amazing job! Above and beyond. They were quick and efficient. My house looked and smelt great. I will be having them back again.

Theodosia is the cleaner who showed up (she's Alfreda's sister) and I've hired her before, so the substitution was fine.

Reginald was very professional, on time, and did an excellent job. Deep cleaning took extra effort and he made my tenants unit sparkle.

They did a nice job! Small communication barrier, so I wasn’t able to tell them exactly what I needed done. Overall they did a nice job. I paid for 3 hrs but they only stayed for 1.5… so do i get some of my deposit back? I gave them a cash tip

Wanda is amazing! She is thorough and reliable. We trust her completely in our home and appreciate her working around all of our toddlers toys. :)

She did really good the only complaint I have is she left 24 minutes earlier than the time I was scheduled for. She didn’t clean the floor well and when I pointed it out to her she said that’s the best she can do. I had to re clean my floors

Tanya did an excellent job and took time to clean and organize everything. I should have booked more hours than the 3 hours. The house is larger and she couldn’t cover all rooms within the 3 hours booked. I will book more than 3 hours next time.

Stephen worked hard. He missed a few spots, but did them once I pointed them out. He forgot to dust. But he did a good job overall, especially with hard spots, like the primary shower stall.

Elsa was very professional, on time and cleaned well. My only suggestion was if additional time to be needed/billed it would be discussed ahead of time. I think maybe a slight language barrier might have been part of it. Overall we would live to have her back. She is very nice and dilligent. I have tip in cash.
