They did a nice job! Small communication barrier, so I wasn’t able to tell them exactly what I needed done. Overall they did a nice job. I paid for 3 hrs but they only stayed for 1.5… so do i get some of my deposit back? I gave them a cash tip

Stephen worked hard. He missed a few spots, but did them once I pointed them out. He forgot to dust. But he did a good job overall, especially with hard spots, like the primary shower stall.

Elsa was very professional, on time and cleaned well. My only suggestion was if additional time to be needed/billed it would be discussed ahead of time.
