I only wanted 4 hours. She stayed 5 and charged me for it. what she did do was good. she may have stayed longer because I said “if” you have extra time, do the baseboards. I looked all around the house and they were not done. my house in a normal day is pretty darn clean. should not take more than 2ish hours tops. so 4 hours is generous.

Uliana was fantastic! She is incredibly friendly, professional, and extremely thorough. I truly appreciated her attention to detail. Everything was cleaned with care and nothing was overlooked. She went above and beyond my expectations, and I would absolutely use her services again and highly recommend her to others.

I've had Raven a few times now and she always does a fabulous job. I also appreciate that she asks questions about what needs to be done and she works with me as I'm often working from home when she's here. She let's me know she is going to run the vaccum in case i'm in a meeting or need to place call.

Roderick had great communication and let me know he was running a little late. He finished earlier than the scheduled time, but missed a few things like cleaning the large window and back door glass with puppy nose prints all over it. Other than that he worked super hard and the bathrooms look great!
