Katherin was prompt and did a fantastic job! I have a toddler, two cats, and a husky so it was a big job. My house has never looked or smelled so good! Very thankful for her help, and would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Theresca was very pleasant and professional. She did a nice job overall and was easy to communicate with. I think a little more attention to sweeping before mopping and small finishing details, like making sure the mirror is streak-free, would make the service even better, but I appreciated her positive attitude and effort.

Dannisha did an excellent job with what I needed her to do!! She cleaned my floors so well, I can eat off them!! She was friendly and made you feel very comfortable with her! Definitely getting her again!👍😊

the kitchen, living room, and bathroom were nicely cleaned. the floor in the laundry room off the entry was not cleaned.

In fairness the House was in between renter & need a lot of cleaning. I should have selected deep clean, instead of 8 hours for 1,00 sq ft house. Only issue i had is cleaner only worked from 10am to 4:00 PM =6 hours, but charged 8.

David came right on time, unlike my previous appointments who never showed up at all or who came 1.5 hours late. He was very friendly and professional and did a super job. He exhibited excellent attention to detail, unlike my previous experience with your company. I was ready to cancel my services with your company, due to subpar performance, but I will remain due to David’s excellent work.

on time, through, kind, came prepared and finished before 3 hrs. finally a cleaner who does good work for reasonable fee.

some things were not as through as I would have liked. especially with dusting. communication was difficult. she only stayed 2.5 hours for a 3 hour cleaning and there was enough to do to warrant 3 hours. She is very sweet, polite and eager to please and I am totally happy to continue to work with her in the future, however I hope I get the full 3 hours next time

Elsa is a great cleaner; fast and efficient. The language barrier was a little difficult to deal with (she only speaks Spanish), but we did the best we could.

I LOVE her! As soon as she came in she was ready to work and was respectful of our spaces. I have 4 kids with Autism and they were off of school on the day of the clean. Two of them decided they weren’t leaving their rooms and she was very understanding. I hope I can have Tyna back for our next cleaning!

she did not arrive until 11:30 due to transportation issues. she left at 5:45. she is an excellent cleaner. a bit slow but very pleased with results on what could get done.

This was our first time using any cleaning service and overall I would give her a big 9/10 for general cleaning. She was very thorough in most areas and only a couple things missed. With how cluttered our house was, I think she did amazing for the full six hours.
