We like the work Madelyn does for us. A couple of things: 1) She typically tries to change the date and time 2)Today she arrived at the house just before 11:30AM and left at 1:30PM (2 hours not 3 hours) 3) We tip her with cash after she is done cleaning

Without a doubt the best cleaner you’re going to find on here. I was embarrassed of the state my apartment was in and Jaimie had no judgments. I left for work with the apartment a disaster and came home to a place I didn’t even recognize. I won’t be hiring anyone else from here on out!

I would say a 4+ She was personable, a hard worker, and the house was clean. she didn’t have time to do the wood floor on the main level so I would make that a priority next time.

Rosemonde is amazing, she is punctual, very humble, and very dedicated to the work she does. she came at appointed time 9 am and her work was almost done around 11:40 am and as she still have 20 mins left, she was still there by perfecting everything not even a minute was wasted amazing cleaner I’ve ever seen. much recommended

Lakeisha did an amazing job. I've had a few homeaglow cleaners and they always do a good job, but she is definitely the best. She GOT INTO it, cleaned all the nasty food stuff out of the disposal, scrubbing the tub, the works. The house smelled wonderful when she was done and I could actually relax, even with three kids. I do not think Destiny was on her A-game today. She was late by over an hour. The other cleaners have all been able to efficiently and effectively get everything cleaned. Destiny definitly did not finish everyhing. Everyone has bad days, so I'd be open to giving her a second chance, but would prefer someone else first.

Randy was kind and did a good job with general cleaning. However, I had requested a deep cleaning, and most of the work was surface cleaning only. Also, for personal and religious reasons, I prefer female cleaners only. Please do not assign male cleaners to my home in the future. Thank you.
