she did great as always but she was late and she was there from 10:35 to 1:50. not 3:45 minutes--3:15. please adjust my bill and have a rep call me

some things aren’t done that I shouldn’t have to tell her each time, like not running sweeper in all rooms, guest room, utility room guest bathroom, , doesn’t even dust all rooms , put out garbage in bathroom
