It surprises me that people could leave undeserving poor ratings on a cleaner. It is just jealousy rearing it's ugly head. Charlotte is 5 star cleaner all the way. She came to my home a did a wonderful job. It smelled clean and fresh when she was done. If you want a clean house request Charlotte Newsome you will be satisfied.

Once again my place looked amazing after she left! So nice and helpful! My shower tiles have never looked so clean.

Liz did an excellent job! She is very nice. We went to run errands while she cleaned and came back to a pristine house. She went above and beyond. I will definitely request her for my next clean.

The kitchen countertops were sticky and felt like they had not been cleaned. The sofa in the living room has button holes indented buttons, and they were filled with crumbs. She was however very pleasant. I didn’t otherwise good job.

Aileen was great from beginning, when I messaged her about the details of what I needed done at the house, being very responsive, to the end. She is very detail oriented, and meticulous in the way she cleaned every little bottle cap in my bathroom and I could be happier with her service!

We were expecting at minimum two people to clean our home. That has been our experience; at least two people, and at times even 4. To our surprise Laura was alone. We were concern, but Laura handled our home so well. We would rather two people because 4hrs really is a lot for one person. In any case, thank you Laura for a job well done.

she seemed to do a good job & i liked her. i want to tell her she can use some of my supplies/let me know what vs. carrying up so much of her's like she did! i have 13 stairs! will take linda for june 3/4/or 5 or another just for june for co. if not available.

She was at her best. at first I was concerned , but then I thought about it because she is so detailed and precise with how she wants to clean your home , she got one hundred percent grace. she's shy but as long as you let her know what you want she will give you a great experience. sometimes or expectations are to high and we need to have have. thank you Queen I'll be booking you again

Max came for 6 hours. He did regular cleaning bathrooms, sweeping then he helped me with my garage. He is amazing. He will do anything. He is coming back this Saturday. I have so many projects and he is happy to help. His attitude makes a big difference. He is a joy to work with. I just can't say enough!

Gina did a good job overall, but there is one small note. She didn’t move the smaller furniture to clean properly in the corners. Other than that, she arranged everything proportionally and neatly. I still gave her 5 stars because of her attitude and professionalism.

she and her mother did very well, but I found the garbage cans Not Emptied and the small appliances on my counter or came around and we’re not moved not a big deal. She can do there next time she comes.

I think if I was going to sum it up in one word it would be wow. Single male professional I have my kid on the weekends. From time to time it can get a little out of control also I'm not good at dusting LOL. Catelin knocked it out like the professional she is. There's absolutely nothing that I would critique on the job she did. She is an absolute must have for a high-end cleaning.

Carina cleaned very fast with the help of a friend. They finished is less time that I was expecting. Unfortunately the appointment was at 8am and they arrived at 11am which affected my schedule for the day. But the quality of the cleaning was good.

she did a good job cleaning - no issue there. however the total time she took to clean was double what we requested and she didn’t confirm if we wanted her to stay an additional 4 hours past the time we agreed on. Also she was on the phone which is not an issue but numerous loud conversations that we could hear from upstairs when she was downstairs felt excessive.

I am currently out of the state, working and both my mother and my husband said that when you walked in that you can tell she cleaned the place compared to the last lady we had with this company. My mother said there was a lot less breaks and more work being done compared to the last lady we had at our place.
