Bathrooms and kitchen are shining! Floors look fantastic and the house smells wonderful. One miss was the trash under the sinks of the bathrooms but it can be overlooked sometimes. Overall great job 😊

Outside furniture was not wiped down. There were some wine stains on the end table that were not cleaned. The toilet in the guest bath also was not as clean as I would have liked.

Patricia is so personable and friendly. I always enjoy her chats as she works around my house. She has totally reasonable boundaries. She is very good at what she does and always goes aboveboard. I completely recommend her for your house cleaning needs.

Rachael did communicate. She was helpful for an hour because she came in and our garage door was off the hindge and she was very helpful and led her to be behind with the cleaning. We appreciated her for helping while we were not home. With the overall cleaning it was pretty average. There were parts of the bathroom that were not as clean I wanted them to be.

Ashley was very nice and respectful. Was a disappointed that I was charged for 2 extra hours of cleaning so that my windows would be washed and baseboards would be cleaned. She did not clean all of my windows. She cleaned for 4 hours.
