Thought everything was done nicely and thoroughly. However, two rooms did not get touched. I don’t think that is her fault, I think whoever took my info did not calculate enough time. The kitchen and one spare room were left undone.

Cleaned ok, compared to previous cleaners she didn’t get the same amount of work done within that time frame, didn’t clean under the toilet and didn’t scrub the tub well. Those were my main issues since I have a bad back and can’t bend down to scrub myself.

She was very nice. Few concerns: general cleaning did not include emptying trash from rooms including bathrooms and Laundry. Mop floors with mop without rinsing it or use of water. I'm not familiar with that method. Not sure if she cleaned owners shower. It looked uuntouched. I was working and could not watch her clean.

Michell arrived on time and was thorough. She even cleaned items other cleaners had not cleaned previously. Michell was pleasant and checked in periodically to make sure everything met with our approval.

Wonderful job. We didn't have a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the dog hair off the couch, but she managed to clean it anyway! Didn't miss a spot. Very pleased.
