Good job on what was specifically asked of her. A few things that I consider standard cleaning (but were not asked for) did not get done. I know now to be specific for everything so no detail is missed. I will use Paola again.

Just a note that more attention to cleaning is needed near the wall as is done in the center of floor otherwise good work mopping and vacuuming.

Robin is an excellent cleaner. My only concern was that she missed the downstairs bathroom, probably because the door was closed (as always) and she just didn’t see it before leaving.

Lilia's work is very good and detailed. The negative was that she re-scheduled 3 times. Also, I thought the cleaning took much longer than I expected - 5.5 hrs instead of 4 hrs. My townhouse is usually relatively clean and I'm the only one living here.

She always does such a great job. write out what you want done in the notes, and it'll get done! just make sure you have the proper allotted time. but everytime she comes, she gets it done. i have no issues leaving her alone with the dog in my house if I need to leave. she is awesome!

Rodney gave me a call one hour prior to let me know his ETA, which was very helpful. He arrived on time and got right to work and explained his plan of what rooms he would focus on first, middle, last, etc. He came through as he explained and there were no surprises. Very detailed cleaning. Cleaned my bathroom tile and deep cleaned. Cleaned walls and floors and vacuumed, just what I needed. Will be booking her again in the future.

Janeen is a god send. She does an incredible job she is so thorough. She put away my dishes, threw out dead flowers and cleaned the vase, hung my note on the fridge. She worked with me when I got stuck at work and couldn’t make it. She is personable and sweet and I absolutely love working with her. I would give her 10/5 if I could.
