Jazmin arrived on time to work even though she had to make a pit stop on her way. I like her work because she came with her team which made her job quicker, faster and was able clean. She forgot to clean my bathroom floor, even my master bathroom floor however it looks clean before she came but I wanted a retouch. I like her personality, overall her cleaning was done even before 3 hours expired.

My only thing is I'm not sure what cleaner she used for the floor from the smell I believe it was fabuloso. If it was I would prefer her to use the floor cleaner I have here at the house. For my next appointment I will leave it on the kitchen counter for them to use.

Kc eiena good job. It was good to come home to a clean house. A few things were left undone though. Wastebaskets we’re not emptied, microwave not cleaned, refrigerator doors not wiped etc. I’d hire him again specifying these overlooked details.

Steven did a great job, however he did not come prepared with all his supplies. He was very friendly and I would rebook because he did a really good job.

When I say this was top notch service… I would be remised if I didn’t give her a 10 star rating. She did a Nice job on my floors. She wasn’t able to finish cleaning my first floor. Powder room never got cleaned along with office and family room and laundry room. So I had to finish those rooms. Upstairs bathroom still had to pee on the bottom of them.

Takiela was extremely friendly and professional. She did what was asked and even more. She went above and beyond and paid close attention to areas other cleaners never have. She was well organized and meticulous.

Lavita did a good job of cleaning the specific areas for my request, however she ran out of time so a couple things were left undone and the dust from a cleaned vent was left on the floor. Also she used my cleaning supplies and a bag of garbage was left behind instead of taken/thrown out. I imagine she has to rush off to the next job. Overall, I appreciate the work that was done.

Allycla was wonderful! She wasn’t overly chatty like some other cleaners I’ve had - she put her headphones on and did her thing! There were a couple of little things I noticed, like the kitchen rugs needed to be vacuumed and the hallway toilet could have been cleaned better behind the bidet nozzle, but it wasn’t a big deal and I’d definitely book her again.

Kaliah did an excellent job cleaning my home. She was very through especially with the bathrooms and glass showers. The hardwood floors sparkling clean, polished and left a wonderful scent. She also uses the pine/lavender scented products I prefer. I will definitely use her services again.

He did a great job cleaning my living room, dinning room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. However although he cleaned the outside of my microwave he forgot to clean the inside. I tried to leave a review & tip before and thought it went through but I got asked to do it again. Maybe there was a glitch?
