The place was clean but I’m not sure why he needed 4 hours for a studio. There were a few loads of laundry and he said he was waiting for it to dry but one of the beds was made without the blanket and there was empty cleaning bottles and throw pillows left in random places. The beds were also made haphazardly. Clean but not tidy looking.

I really appreciate Esmeralda’s attention to detail and consistency of leaving my home clean with a refreshing smell.

Conrad was communicative, friendly, efficient with his time and thorough. My teens have a lot of stuff in their room and this didn’t intimidate him at all. He cleaned above, below, around and left things in a tidy way. I also appreciated him asking for feedback when was finished. I look forward to requesting Conrad in the future!

wonder young lady works well alone she is a fast worker and she has no problem with communicating ..fair satisfaction cleaning only one problem and idk who was responsible for it but she didn’t have the materials for the job i needed and i said to have the cleaners come with their own equipment but other than that she was good

You can tell she puts a lot of care into what she does. She did an amazing job and even stayed past the 3 hour mark- I can’t believe she was able to get so much done so quickly!

She did a really good job in all the places she could touch. However, because of time constraint, she could not do one washroom. That is fine because everything else was very very clean after she left.

The work is quality, Giovanni is polite and efficient. He is often finished in 2 hours but I get charged for 3 by the platform. I would either like for the arrangement to be charged for 2 hours for a basic cleaning and 3 for the occasional deep cleaning, or, to have Giovanni stay the 3 hours standard, and be charged accordingly.
