Sarah worked hard from the moment she walked in our home. She was 😊 delightful! Sarah cleaned for 6 hrs straight, washing 4 of our bathrms, 2 of our bedrms and a loft, and a long staircase to a 2,000+ sq. ft 1st floor. Sarah thoroughly cleaned it all. Paying by the hour. Expect cleaner to clean the whole number of hours requested. Cannot expect to be paid for 5 hours if you only clean for 3.5 hours.

The work is quality, Giovanni is polite and efficient. He is often finished in 2 hours but I get charged for 3 by the platform. I would either like for the arrangement to be charged for 2 hours for a basic cleaning and 3 for the occasional deep cleaning, or, to have Giovanni stay the 3 hours standard, and be charged accordingly.

April and Tim did a nice job. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats and they weren’t bothered by any of them. Plus, they helped to make sure the areas where I needed the most help were addressed.
