Earle did a great job with only 2 hours as I requested. Moved furniture and cleaned floors and window sill's. He brought all his own stuff and that is help for me. I was assigned him at the last minute and he was great a communication as well.

I think instead of six straight hours I’d like to try three hours on one day and three hours the following day. I never had a chance to give Larissa a proper orientation since I had an appointment at same time she arrived. I feel like she was rushed to get here and rushed to get off to pick up her son. Is this change acceptable to Larissa and will it cost me more money?

Paula consistently does a wonderful job of cleaning our home- sometimes we and our dog will be underfoot and it doesn't ruffle her one bit! Paula never "rides" the clock. If she is scheduled for 3 hours and finishes early, that earlier time is what she reports.

Overall, the house was cleaned well, but the kitchen sink could have been cleaned much better. I noticed some spots throughout with some black mold still, so I'd that is really something to improve on.
