Pippa was amazing. From her attitude and spirit to the way she cleaned the house. She was a pleasure to be around, and went above and beyond.

Montresia was prompt and thorough. If I could give a 4.5 I would. My only complaint is that the floors was soaking wet after she finished. There were pools of whatever product+water was used left on the floors. The wet floors are minor compared to her cleaning.

The cleaner was prompt, pleasant and completed the task with very little instruction/direction needed.

Destiny showed up and showed out! The cleaning was very good. The crew did a great job. I will use her again. The only suggestions I have is with the laminate floors. The mop leaves it streaky. So may consider using something different and different cleaning solution. Other than that, well done.

Thank you! Laura did a good job cleaning floors and bathrooms, and having to organize and clear things out of counters prior to cleaning. What I would suggest is: save time on clients dishes by emptying the dishwasher and then putting dirty dishes in dishwasher so you save time by not having to hand wash items (and then it’s nice for client to save time not having to unload dishwasher…).

Simone did a really good job! I had asked for carpet and bathroom cleaning, and she did an awesome job with both. My carpets look as good as new now. She also swept and mopped the floors even though I hadn’t mentioned it in the app. We are very happy with the her service and would book her again.

The app was glitchy, but Kayla was great & communicative. She did a great job of dealing with the mess that comes with being a single working mom.

Kassia did a good job on my countertops, appliances, powder room, dining room table and stair balusters. There were a few areas that have room for improvement. The floors and baseboards were left dirty in a lot of areas. I have a few photos available upon request if needed.

Good cleaning overall. I would’ve liked more done in 4 hours but what was completed was done well. Hoped to use my toilet brush but I don’t have one. Trash was not emptied from any room (nor the main trash). Won’t rebook.

Frantasia was good. However, I'm not sure about this service. I gave 5 stats because she gladly came BACK to complete some things. However, my idea of clean is different than some of your cleaners. She had to come back to change my bed sheets and did a great job but, why did I have to call her back when the sheets were laid out and this request was WRITTEN in the details.
