Service was delayed (though she did contact me to make me aware of this ahead of time), but otherwise a very good experience. She did an especially good job with my bathroom and shower.

I have never had someone to make me feel that my home is bro d new until Steve. He paid attention to detail and always ask me before he leave if need something extra to do to make me feel great. He also makes my kids feel like he is family. I only book with him since March.

Kristina & her helper were on time (in fact she called and they were able to come earlier). Finished in under two hours and did an excellent job.

Medina did an excellent job. I asked her how she able to clean so well, looking so professional and still look good 5 hours later. I need to learn how to do this. Smile. Medina cleaned my house very well, it smells so fresh and is revitalized. I would definitely request Medina for my next cleaning in 3 weeks.

Gretchen was very detailed cleaning, really listens to you what exactly you want. She don’t rush when your requested time is finishing, she will take her time to complete everything of what you have requested. She won’t charge any extra if she works more time. Really liked her, going to put my selected cleaner for next appointments..

I agreed to her finishing the job b/c 1st time at a house is sometimes more challenging since no time to get into a set routine.

We reached out to find out what happened and to see if we could reschedule and she completely ghosted us. No explanation as to why she would accept our shop and then leave us high and dry.

Overall she did a good job, she was quick and efficient, but it’s good to do some spot checks here and there to ensure that everything is wipe down. It is good to have the cleaning products you like in hand so she can use them and leave your house smelling as you desire.
