The place was clean but I’m not sure why he needed 4 hours for a studio. There were a few loads of laundry and he said he was waiting for it to dry but one of the beds was made without the blanket and there was empty cleaning bottles and throw pillows left in random places. The beds were also made haphazardly. Clean but not tidy looking.

Conrad was communicative, friendly, efficient with his time and thorough. My teens have a lot of stuff in their room and this didn’t intimidate him at all. He cleaned above, below, around and left things in a tidy way. I also appreciated him asking for feedback when was finished. I look forward to requesting Conrad in the future!

I would give 10 stars if I can for this guy. Very detail oriented and tons of patience and energy to finish the task he agreed to with smile on his face and well behaved and good manners.

Did at great job with our house. Very patient with all the misc toys he would find from my kids. He got food coloring all over his hands bc of my 5 year old and didn’t even complain.

Latasha is very detail oriented. Also, she is very good with animals which makes life easier for the home owner!

wonder young lady works well alone she is a fast worker and she has no problem with communicating ..fair satisfaction cleaning only one problem and idk who was responsible for it but she didn’t have the materials for the job i needed and i said to have the cleaners come with their own equipment but other than that she was good

I would give her more stars if I could! I was self conscious about the state of my house and Brittany went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. You can tell she puts a lot of care into what she does. She did an amazing job and even stayed past the 3 hour mark- I can’t believe she was able to get so much done so quickly!

Paying by the hour. Expect cleaner to clean the whole number of hours requested. Cannot expect to be paid for 5 hours if you only clean for 3.5 hours.

Follows instructions and directions and easy to work with. The first time having a male cleaner was definitely intimidating a little bit but I’m glad he is a good cleaner and organizer.

The work is quality, Giovanni is polite and efficient. He is often finished in 2 hours but I get charged for 3 by the platform. I would either like for the arrangement to be charged for 2 hours for a basic cleaning and 3 for the occasional deep cleaning, or, to have Giovanni stay the 3 hours standard, and be charged accordingly.
