Did an amazing job deep cleaning a REALLY neglected kitchen and family room!! Worked her butt off the entire 6 hour appointment (twice). Couldn't be more delighted or impressed!

Paying by the hour. Expect cleaner to clean the whole number of hours requested. Cannot expect to be paid for 5 hours if you only clean for 3.5 hours.

Ms. Latanya did an awesome job. She arrived on time she understood my needs and did a great job. She was kind and I felt comfortable with her from the moment she walked thru the door. The only downside on my part was I didn’t book enough time. Would love to book her again.

Super attention to detail in the kitchen. My backslash hasn't shined so bright! When Nicole arrived [on time] there was a ConEd power outtage which meant my stairs and carpet could not be vacuumed. Nicole adapted to the unpredictable evironment and said that she would sweep my stair with the broom. That response was golden!
