The service was great, it wasn’t as much needed as last time but Ashley came and gave my home the extra umph it needed. She is always pleasant, easy to talk to, and very trustworthy. I feel like she is family already.

Misty did a great job cleaning my apartment today. She didn't need much handholding and brought her own cleaning supplies. She was a bit late, but kept me informed throughout the process. I am overall pleased with her service and would have her over again.

Lavita did a good job of cleaning the specific areas for my request, however she ran out of time so a couple things were left undone and the dust from a cleaned vent was left on the floor. Also she used my cleaning supplies and a bag of garbage was left behind instead of taken/thrown out. I imagine she has to rush off to the next job. Overall, I appreciate the work that was done.

The only thing I was not prepared for was she does not have her own vacuum and mop, so that was something we had to work out the day of. Honesty did a perfectly fine job. There were a few things I had to fix / straighten afterwards; and she made dust scatter everywhere because she used a plastic broom rather than a chamois cloth. But these can be overlooked and/or corrected on the next visit. She's pleasant, fast and thorough.
