My Mom (a 94-year-old) loved Leo's cleaning. He was prompt, thorough, meticulous, and quite pleasant. He seemed to enjoy his work and aimed to please. We appreciated the fact that he tried to communicate in English as much as he could, but Google Translate worked well for us.
