Yohana did a superior job of cleaning. The oven looks brand new, and everything looks wonderful. Unfortunately she speaks no English but uses a translator on her phone, which still makes communication difficult. It was very hard for her to find where my apartment is.

Excellent work under more difficult circumstances than we intended. (I had the wrong arrival time on my calendar, so he arrived three hours earlier than we’d expected!) So there were dirty dishes, etc, that we had not intended to leave for him to do. He just went to work and took care of all of it!

I am terrified of mice and my second floor neighbor didn’t take trash out for MONTHS. So I saw mice and hired someone to deep clean. She was not scared and took out the storage drawer under my oven and cleaned it. I was very very thankful.
