The cleaner was thorough. I appreciated that furniture was polished and dust was removed. There was a powder residue from cleaning product used in sinks and counters and the wooden floors had slight stickiness from cleaning solution.

She did a good job on floors and rugs in 1.75 hrs and I paid for 2 hrs so I think that the leftover time should go to her as a tip

Unfortunately, I was Farah's first cleaning job, so she showed up lacking some cleaning supplies. However, once I gave her what she needed she did do a very good job. A few things were missed but not too surprising with it being her first job. What was cleaned, was very good!

Overall, did a great job. I would use her again. She was about 75 minutes late, but stayed the entire length promised, and then some. She did a great job cleaning, and was able to get through some buildup I failed at cleaning. She was very sweet and easy to talk to as well.
