Felicia did a lovely job. We could tell she’s a true professional. I wasn’t able to stay the whole time. We were just to have her for two hours and she was here for three…working every minute.

Theodosia is the cleaner who showed up (she's Alfreda's sister) and I've hired her before, so the substitution was fine.

This is my 3rd homeaglow cleaner and she did more work in 2 hours than others did in 4 hours! Maria cleaned everything well. She got to everything on our list and the house looked great!

They did a nice job! Small communication barrier, so I wasn’t able to tell them exactly what I needed done. Overall they did a nice job. I paid for 3 hrs but they only stayed for 1.5… so do i get some of my deposit back? I gave them a cash tip

Willow does a great job. She always checks with me to see if there is anything extra that I need her to do. She is a gem!!

Tia did a great job and I wanna make sure that you pay her for her full two hours because she did a great job

I was amazed at all Theodosia did in 4 hours. She was personable, knew her business, and cleaned areas my last cleaners wouldn’t touch, like my refrigerator and oven! This service is less expensive and more flexible than other cleaners I’ve considered, and to have a competent cleaner like Theodosia is a real plus.

Serina ran a little late (15 minutes) but always kept me informed on when she would arrive. She cleaned everything on my list and asked me to inspect each room upon completion. She did a great job and I have asked her back for my cleaning.
