She did really good the only complaint I have is she left 24 minutes earlier than the time I was scheduled for. She didn’t clean the floor well and when I pointed it out to her she said that’s the best she can do. I had to re clean my floors

Stephen worked hard. He missed a few spots, but did them once I pointed them out. He forgot to dust. But he did a good job overall, especially with hard spots, like the primary shower stall.

Elsa was very professional, on time and cleaned well. My only suggestion was if additional time to be needed/billed it would be discussed ahead of time. I just see the plan details after my money deducted without my consent . I just aggreed for one time clean up and i dont want any membership . cancel my membership and refund my membership amount .
