Alana was very sweet and my house smelled great when she was done. I did notice that our master bathroom was not cleaned aside from the sink after she had left - for sure the toilet wasn't and there was still hair on the floor. I'm sure she would have addressed it if I had noticed prior to her leaving. I would have her back though.

Very nice, didn't complain about my pig sty. Helped me get over a BIG hurdle and fell better about my home.

As busy parents with young children and multiple jobs, we rely on Wanda for support. She comes through for us every time and consistently does an excellent job.

Our kitchen walnut flooring looks beautiful, as does all the other areas she cleaned. Stephanie is reliable and consistently a wonderful person to around!

Samantha is amazing! Her attention to detail has been impeccable. The results are always a sparkly clean home. She’s been a gift to our family allowing us more time together with busy schedules. She’s kind and thoughtful and even our dog is happy to meet her at the door and be by her side.

I would have liked if Chris would have asked if we wanted the bedroom and bathroom cleaned since the door was shut. Since we never had a cleaner before I did not know he wouldn’t clean it. We are in a 2 bedroom apartment and he didn’t clean the main bedroom or bathroom.

Everything was above normal as far as cleaning. When she cleaned the windows she forgot to make sure it was latched firmly. When I pulled it down to close it it opened and hit me on my nose bridge causing some bleeding. I thought mt glasses were broken but they survived.. You have to push the window hard to make sure it latches after cleaning it.

Abigail was a wonderful cleaner. She was meticulous, paying attention to the corner with detail, and had completed the job fairly promptly and efficiently. Their friendly demeanor made the experience pleasant, and the results were outstanding. The only thing I would advise is to cover every corner mindful of the allotted (3 hours) time next time.

Everything looked very good! It looks like you arrived at 8:15 or so, and then were done before 1pm (according to our garage door). I thought it was a 9-hour cleaning? The basement was not done at all. Just the main level and upstairs.

There were a few missed items/tasks, which is why we bumped the review down to 4 stars. She was great otherwise. We went over the list I'd made before she started, and she didn't say there were any issues with the tasks. We would have appreciated communication about the missed tasks.
