Where did you put the pillow shams for the blue/white front bedroom that match the white comforter? They were not with the sheets to be washed, and I've looked everywhere and can't find them. I thought that beds would be made/changed but after checking the website I see that they are not mentioned as part of the standard service. Cleaning was not for 9 hours and everything was not put back in place like counter stools and bathroom items. Cleaners were very pleasant and we were pleased with what was cleaned.
