There were spots on the floor (beneath a small movable brown ottoman) that weren’t swept or mopped and the floor didn’t look or smell very clean. Additionally, I did not get asked if another non-background person could be on my property, and you came with your husband.

Very personable and does a good job. One Minor complaint he didn't put the crystals back when he moved them, so now my husband has to do it because there to heavy for me to move back into the space. Cynthia is doing her best. She didn’t finish what we agree on though. I think was tired as she had few other cleaning appointments before me. I think the agency needs to limit how much one person can take as no one is efficient after more than 12 hours work. The bathroom shower was nicely clean.

I appreciate her doing on her own and got all the corners etc., But one thing i would say is the cloths she used for the wiping the surface leave some moist dirt, not sure why may be the cloth has not been cleaned before using on another surface. Othere wise she has done a good job.
