Miss Sonia is a nice and she has a positive attitude. However, left 30 minutes earlier than the agreed upon duration. She cleaned two of our bathrooms for 2 hours which is as expected because it takes about an hour to deep clean each bathroom. However, one of the toilet still has stains so it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

She was nice and showed up on time. My biggest concerns were my floors being clean. Unfortunately under the coffee table was not clean and the bathroom floors were not scrubbed. I have a 100% tiled bathroom floor shower to door. The house was dusted well, beds were made, and dishes were clean.

Cynthia did a great job. Not only did she dusted my furniture, she dusted the picture frames. My home is beautiful after she cleaned. I would suggest her to any one even my mom!

There were some communication errors at the beginning but that was due to the app. Despite her overworked schedule and landing in the ER out of exhaustion, she showed up to an automated appointment that didn’t allow either one of us to cancel. I would say the company needs lots of improvements.

Good! Was on time, helped put my daughter put her tent together, screwed some nails into the chair that was missing and even hung a picture. He comes in real handy. Very personable and does a good job. One Minor complaint he didn't put the crystals back when he moved them, so now my husband has to do it because there to heavy for me to move back into the space. Cynthia is doing her best. She didn’t finish what we agree on though. I think was tired as she had few other cleaning appointments before me. I think the agency needs to limit how much one person can take as no one is efficient after more than 12 hours work. The bathroom shower was nicely clean.
