She did a wonderful job cleaning , this is our fourth time with Mayra and she always does a wonderful job.

Djavan was great. Attention to detail, personable, cool, calm personality and knowledgeable and interesting. Will definitely use him again.

She texted me as she was arriving, texted me to confirm an extra hour and followed all the requests notes in the system and very politely followed all the directions. Very timely and professional. They took their time cleaning every nook. There was two broken things (leg from an end table in the media room and a little figurine in the kitchen) I found after they left and I just wish they would have told me they found something broken. I don’t care if it was them or if it was broken before they came I just would like to know about it so I could fix the items.

Marisol is an excellent communicator. A few things were not as detailed as I’m used to. And some points were missed

He was great! Everything is very clean. He cleaned really well! We are moving and he even helped move some boxes and furniture! He’s awesome!

The kitchen counters were not wiped down with disinfectant cleaner. I had to clean them, there was residue still on the counters. Please clean them in the future. All else went well!

She is a very hard worker and takes very much pride in her work with high attention to detail and adds her own personal flare and touches to her work, for example, fluffing pillows, rolling towels and decorating the toilet paper.

Katari is probably the best cleaning technician I have ever had! I've used several different services and individuals over the last 25 years, and even so, Katari impressed me with her work ethic and attention to detail. (I found her moving furniture and objects to clean under them.) She was very professional, friendly, and skilled. I'll use her every time if she's available!

Cleaning was excellent. I am cancelling the plan due to Dashboard errors. This appointment was originally for 9/9. I received a confirmation text for 9/9 for two hours. Somehow the date was changed to Monday 9/11. As every Monday I have medical appointments there is NO way I would have changed.I do not need the stress. It's over. I tipped in cash as it was not Carmen's fault .

Ijah was the best cleaner we have ever had and we’ve had about ten cleaners. She was kind and incredibly warm demeanor as she cleaned our house. She was very detail oriented and had a natural instinct of organization. You can tell she cares about her work and worked at a good speed too!

Charity is great. Throughout the service, Charity made sure that she was following my request. I'm very satisfied with her work.

Overall it was good. I had asked for my stairs to be vacuumed and that did. It happen. It does not look like around the backdoor was vacuumed very well. I am not sure if it is your vacuum not working well. It is disappointing to pay for a cleaning and then I have to go behind and clean.

I have medical issues and can't clean like I would like to. Melissa did a wonderful job on what she was able to finish in the 3 hour period.

Carlos was wonderful as always. If you are someone who has trouble with clutter, he works with it phenomenally. I have adhd and have trouble finding cleaners who can work with this so very grateful for his hard work.
