My home was not left smelling like cleaning chemicals and there was no sign that I owned a pet and he sheds, so that’s a good thing! Deanna is not a maid but any means, she’s a professional house cleaner with experience and technique.

Although she was on time, I didn’t think it would take most of the two hour booking to clean the bathroom and the kitchen. She cleaned the main areas, but I really wish she had focused on organizing the closet, as that was my main concern when I booked. By the time she finished the bathroom, kitchen and living room (it’s a 1 bdrm apt), it was time for her to go. Other than that, her work was good.

First time using the service and Michael was top notch. We have had issues finding someone that understands the nature of our needs/wants, how to handle high end large homes, be easy to communicate with, and deliver quality cleaning. He was all of these things.

Charity is great. Throughout the service, Charity made sure that she was following my request. I'm very satisfied with her work.

Overall it was good. I had asked for my stairs to be vacuumed and that did. It happen. It does not look like around the backdoor was vacuumed very well. I am not sure if it is your vacuum not working well. It is disappointing to pay for a cleaning and then I have to go behind and clean.

I have medical issues and can't clean like I would like to. Melissa did a wonderful job on what she was able to finish in the 3 hour period.
