Roxanne had an emergency and communicated well with rescheduling. She showed up the same day and did a fantastic job! This was a move-out clean and we had accidentally left one shelf full. She pulled everything out, putting it a neat pile. Really appreciated her attention to detail. Would definitely use her again. I didn't like the time changing, but things happen and she got the work done well!

Elizabeth was very good with the floors and did a good job with vacuuming and mopping, given that I have a dog I know it’s quite an effort. Would have liked it better if she had finished the bathrooms well too. A little more eye to detail would have been a five star for me

She did an okay job but I felt it was a pretty basic cleaning. There were some things missed such as not taking out the trash in the bathroom and kitchen, and some spots missed on cleaning the countertops in my bathroom and kitchen. There were also food particles left in the sink after cleaning. It wasn’t terrible but not excellent either.

This is the 2nd time Jenny has cleaned my place and She always does a awesome job! Definitely recommend!
