Nancy leaves your house clean and so organized! My makeup brushes, eyeshadows, etc. were carefully organized. My master bedroom and all the restrooms were absolutely clean and neat. The wood floors were wiped and looked glossy. She’s definitely coming back to see us.

Carlos was great! Kept line of communication open at all times and he was thorough with his work. I have cats and he was both mindful and respectful of them even when they got in his way a few times. Had great rapport and customer service banter.

This was absolutely one of the best cleaning services I’ve ever had. Deanna was prompt and quick with her cleaning services. My home was not left smelling like cleaning chemicals and there was no sign that I owned a pet and he sheds, so that’s a good thing! Deanna is not a maid but any means, she’s a professional house cleaner with experience and technique.

Marcus was great…we had just got rid of a pet and he had my home looking and smelling clean and fresh…

There was two broken things (leg from an end table in the media room and a little figurine in the kitchen) I found after they left and I just wish they would have told me they found something broken. I don’t care if it was them or if it was broken before they came I just would like to know about it so I could fix the items.

Charity is great. Throughout the service, Charity made sure that she was following my request. I'm very satisfied with her work.

Overall it was good. I had asked for my stairs to be vacuumed and that did. It happen. It does not look like around the backdoor was vacuumed very well. I am not sure if it is your vacuum not working well. It is disappointing to pay for a cleaning and then I have to go behind and clean.

I have medical issues and can't clean like I would like to. Melissa did a wonderful job on what she was able to finish in the 3 hour period.
