Soap suds left in shower floor. Did not clean the sinks. Didn't move items off bathroom counter to clean. Those items aren't that big of a deal, but wanted to point it out for next time. Overall, good job. Would be willing to use him next time.

She really explained how you have to be expressly descriptive in your requests, even to the point of stating to not leave cleaning streaks or ensuring trash gets removed from the containers. Some things that you might assume come standard with house cleaning, it's better to just state it.

The house smelled clean which was one of my request. The shower glass had smudges and all corners had not been cleaned. I also had to sweep areas where dog hair was visible and dust surfaces in the living room.

Tyrone was here early and immediately started cleaning. He cleaned up the dining room area, which was a mess without me even mentioning it. He finished the tasks I asked for him to do with a few minutes to spare, so he raked up the leaves on my patio! Very flexible, friendly and thorough.

They honored my requests to focus on certain areas that were a high priority for me, and were able to get my large mirrors clean in the master bathroom, which I haven’t been able to do for a long time. There were just a couple of minor things that prevented me from giving 5 stars, but I would have them clean for me again in the future.

Brandy did a good job but for me, but some things were left out. The window sills in my bedroom, my master bathroom mirror and other parts of my bathroom weren’t as thoroughly cleaned as I’d like. But it was nice to come home to a clean house and she did a great job making the beds!! I’d definitely love to have her come back, everything else was done well :)
