My cleaner, Jessica, did an amazing job. Very courteous and thorough. But Homeaglow seems somewhat scamish in the way the charge a different rate each time a person comes rather than the once a month charge agreed upon when making the contractual agreement. And there is no one to speak with nor respond to email inquiries to get clarity on what exactly is being charged or what it covers

She was fabulous. Explained everything and let me know what to expect. Great customer service. Very friendly and respectful. Will always request her.

Indian kitchens have plenty of oil stains all around and Renee was very tough on them, eventually we got rid of all oil stains. I would definitely love to have her services again.

Very nice & cordial. Next time it would be helpful to vaccum the bathroom floors before mopping to ensure nothing is left over on the floors. Also need to clean the walls of the shower to get the shampoos residue & dust decorative items on the countertops.

She took her time cleaning based on the priorities and completed cleaning everything within the time frame. Her vacuum wasn’t working but she moved the entire vacuum as if it was working with zero dirt collection in the vacuum, so I ended up vacuuming the house after she left.
