Kelly is super nice reliable and punctual. She may not be the fastest cleaner but whatever she cleans is super clean and she cleans areas I wouldn't even think of to clean. My house has never looked better.

Where did you put the pillow shams for the blue/white front bedroom that match the white comforter? They were not with the sheets to be washed, and I've looked everywhere and can't find them. I thought that beds would be made/changed but after checking the website I see that they are not mentioned as part of the standard service. Cleaning was not for 9 hours and everything was not put back in place like counter stools and bathroom items. Cleaners were very pleasant and we were pleased with what was cleaned.
