Mandi arrived on time, and focused on the areas I requested. She was able to compete a Jack and Jill restroom, master shower and tub - no glass, and most of our floors. Floors are vinyl plank and tile. She completed almost everything in the scheduled 4 hrs.

Alexis did an amazing job! Everything was thoroughly cleaned and the house smelled amazing. We have dogs that shed a lot and there wasn’t a trace of hair left behind when she left. I highly recommend!

She was wonderful! The service company, Homeaglow, is awful and non communicative but that has nothing to do with her. I’d already tried canceling the service before she came bc the first person never came and was billed but I let her clean this time and she went above and beyond!

Who ever does your Logistics scheduling needs to be aware of the travel patterns in DFW at different times of the day. When it might be 30 minutes it could be over an hour when traffic exceeds later in the day. This puts undue stress on the cleaner as well as the customer.

Alexxis is the best cleaner that I have used with Homeaglow (all others where no help). Alexxis cares about the client and wants to please however, I have cancelled my membership with Homeaglow due to failure to previously supply good cleaners and over pricing.
