Stanley was so nice a professional and very detail oriented. She did a great job on our home we did add an hour but for an actually clean home I don’t mind. Other cleaners on this app don’t seem to clean everything. She also did a check with me before leaving to make sure everything was completed. 100% recommend and requested to rebook in the future

Great job, but took longer than my usual cleaner. Didn’t do dishes or take out trash in kitchen or second office. Granted, I didn’t request that, I’m just used to it happening. I am used to a bit more detail such as appliances wiped down, etc. I would use Shanley again, but would give more clear direction

My bedroom was clean, but I wish she would’ve swept the floor or something. I can’t really tell if anything was done to the bathroom.

Was 3 hours late and didn't communicate until she was already over 20 minutes late. Her cleaning was good and she got the hard water stains off my shower door. Didn't bring her own mop or swiffer, but had her own vacuum.

Alexis is a hard worker. Our house was left very clean, other than one issue. I’d suggest doing an initial walkthrough of your house/needs and see how long she thinks it will take before she starts. Communication could have been better, but it might just have been a one time thing.
