Where did you put the pillow shams for the blue/white front bedroom that match the white comforter? They were not with the sheets to be washed, and I've looked everywhere and can't find them. The lady that came was very nice and cleaned everything well. I agree with some of the other comments that the product she uses on the floors leaves a slightly oily residue. Maybe she uses essential oils. I think if you just provide your own cleaning liquid of your preference it won't be an issue since she follows directions well.
