Dejah was a little late, but understandable if your battery dies on you. I was ill and may not have made my self clear that i wanted the surfaces dusted. She used Mr Klean on the laminate flies and it left them with a sticky film. Moving forward vinegar only please. Please no Mr. Clean. My allergies reacted poorly to it.

My appointment time was 1:00 because of previous appointment she was running late. We agreed on 2:30. I didn't realize I wasn't going to get my full 4 hours. She was very nice and did a good job. I do appreciate her help.

I hired Tori to clean our 4 bathrooms and what a great job she did. My bathrooms were sparkling clean! She showed up on time and worked efficiently. Very impressed with her services. Highly recommend! I will be using her from here on out. She was also personable and had a great attitude!

He was very nice, and I appreciate him taking the appointment last minute. However he’s got a lot to learn, he was good but not very thorough. The showers and the mirrors in the bathroom weren’t cleaned. Dishwasher was loaded incorrectly. I’m sure with some experience and guidance he’ll become better!

Cyndole is a great cleaner. She gets the job done in the 4 hours she is here. I work from home, so she does not interfere with my work. She does not stand around trying to talk to me while I am working. She does not need to be told what to do. She just does her job without supervision at every step of the job.

I say miraculously because with 2 full grown dogs and a puppy that isn’t trained yet, she pretty much performed a miracle in my now very, very clean home.

Overall really good job! I would recommend managing time better, starting with bathrooms first, as they take longer. I noticed lots of little things not completed, like dusting bed, nightstands, bookshelf. Even just a quick dust is better than nothing at all. Esp bc it was my priority.
