My husband and I have both been down this week sick and injured, so it’s such a relief to come home to a beautiful, clean, reset house. Happy home.

The house smelled clean which was one of my request. The shower glass had smudges and all corners had not been cleaned. I also had to sweep areas where dog hair was visible and dust surfaces in the living room.

Tyrone was here early and immediately started cleaning. He cleaned up the dining room area, which was a mess without me even mentioning it. He finished the tasks I asked for him to do with a few minutes to spare, so he raked up the leaves on my patio! Very flexible, friendly and thorough.

Crystal and her assistant are very friendly and hard working! They honored my requests to focus on certain areas that were a high priority for me, and were able to get my large mirrors clean in the master bathroom, which I haven’t been able to do for a long time. There were just a couple of minor things that prevented me from giving 5 stars, but I would have them clean for me again in the future.

Patrice did an amazing job with the cleaning! The place smells fantastic, and she finished it up in no time at all. She even organized things to make everything more efficient, which is really helpful. Plus, her communication skills are top-notch! 😊

Angel worked really hard on the main areas as we requested. I should have booked 1 more hour of her time so the stairs and banisters could be cleaned as well. Over all she did a good job in the time allotted.

Overall I was happy with your service. Ceandra did a great job cleaning the tubs , countertops and sinks. She also did a great job on vacuuming the carpets . But I was disappointed in a few things . I requested for the house to be dusted and that didn’t happen at all . I paid extra for the baseboard to be cleaned and the downstairs baseboards were not cleaned at all.

He didn’t have time to do the whole house, only my bedroom and bathroom. When he comes next time I want him to have time to do the entire house, maybe 3.5 hrs.

Pat was very efficient. She asked if there was anything else she could do once her initial cleaning was done and even offered to sweep the front porch and stairs as she prepared to leave. She picked out some special things to tackle and this was just her initial visit. She arrived on time and was very cheerful in her approach.
