Hellen did an amazing job with the cleaning. She was very sweet she helped out the caregiver when my mom fell today.

Desire was fantastic: punctual, efficient and thorough! My lack of Spanish language skills was a problem at first, but she has an App for that, so I think we understood each other (mostly). I'd be happy to have her come back.

It was immediately obvious that Mayelin took her work seriously. There were 2 minor errors and they did not disqualify her for helping me again, we chatted and she took it with grace, so I’ll hire her again!

Mayelin did a great job, especially in the basement, and we appreciated her work. There were a couple of timing challenges, as she arrived a bit late and needed to leave early, which may have contributed to things feeling a little rushed toward the end. We would be happy to have her back in the future if the scheduled time frame can be fully met.

The language barrier that we have has become a bigger problem as time has gone on. Many times we both have to repeat what we are saying 2-3 or more times. Takes quite a bit of time for the simplest statements or clarifications. I will give this one more time cleaning and then I want to try a different cleaner.

Bernadette really knows how to clean. She made sure all my fixtures were shiny. Did a great job wiping down all my cabinets and mirrors. Bathrooms were spotless. We had a little miss-communication on arrival time but once she got there she was non stop and very thorough. Will definitely use her again.

Only small feedback I have was that I did make a note about taking the dried comforters and putting them back on the master bed. Looks like that wasn't taken care of. Otherwise, amazing!

Very friendly and did an okay job, but the kitchen floor was barely touched. Disappointing when you have a baby crawling on that floor. Rugs didn’t seem to be shaken out or vacuumed either.

Nice personality. Does a good job of what she does. Transportation issues, health issues, smoke breaks and a meal break. I feel that she accomplished what I did in 2 hours when I was younger and could physically clean my house, but spread it out over 4 hours. Will try someone else in the future.
