Nancy is a good cleaner. She missed a couple of things, not bad though. The only thing I was troubled by is that she did not know how to extend her visit so she could finish my house. Hello, Sonia was very nice. However, I realized since she was 30 minutes late and brought a helper (which was fine)...I missed out on an hour of my cleaning time. It would be nice if we could get this in our next cleaning.

she left bleach stains on the toilet set, she did'nt dust the shelfs on my bedroom dresser, she didnt do a good job vacuuming the carpet in the master bdrm and she left a copper wire mesh in the garbage disposal, and they only spoke spanish i was born in denver,m colo and i speak english very well.

Diane started with rooms to prioritize at the start. She moved from room to room, highest priority first. After cleaning thoroughly, by herself, she would move to the next room on the priority list. She worked around me nicely, as I was clearing out small, leftover items from the previous owner. The job was quoted for 10 hours but only took about 6 hours.
