Victoria came right on time, was respectful and kind, and did an amazing job! Our house smells very clean, our laundry is folded perfectly, and she was able to intuitively put away many things in our home without having been there before. I’ll definitely be hiring her again!

The language barrier that we have has become a bigger problem as time has gone on. Many times we both have to repeat what we are saying 2-3 or more times. Takes quite a bit of time for the simplest statements or clarifications. I will give this one more time cleaning and then I want to try a different cleaner.

She was late 30 minutes. I could not have her go past 8:00 so she was only here for an hour and a half

She was AMAZING!!! I had a situation where a person vandalized my home and that’s why I contacted Homeaglow. Francis came in, rolled up her sleeves, and got straight to work helping me clean that mess up. She was incredibly organized and efficient, and got WAY more done in three hours than I had thought possible.

Maria did a phenomenal job and truly went above and beyond to make our place spotless. Our home was not cleaned before we moved in and was extremely filthy, yet Maria worked wonders and made it feel brand new. Cleaning was very good, only issue is they missed the downstairs bathroom for the second month in a row despite me showing them - would really appreciate if this gets addrssed next time

Maima did great and was flexible when we had a mixup in the addresses. From what my landlady said, the place was spotless and great. Only small feedback I have was that I did make a note about taking the dried comforters and putting them back on the master bed. Looks like that wasn't taken care of. Otherwise, amazing!

Very friendly and did an okay job, but the kitchen floor was barely touched. Disappointing when you have a baby crawling on that floor. Rugs didn’t seem to be shaken out or vacuumed either.

When my condo was super hot she tried to use my box fan and it accidentally broke, she reported it quickly to me and tried to pay me back for it, but it was old anyways and I was planning on getting a new one anyways. I appreciated more that she reported it to me immediately and can trust that if anything else happened that I would know as it happened :).

Nyima was very sweet and a hard worker. Might need to consider using a different cleaning product, all surfaces had streaks and residue unfortunately. I'm sure if just a different product was used to clean the surfaces everything would have been perfect and sparkly clean as I know Nyima did the work. Thank you Nyima for your time and hard work :-)
