She had to leave shortly after arriving and never rescheduled. Did a good job while she was here but no one came back to help us out.

Things looked good, but some items weren't put back where they belong. Just small things like the mats being switched in the downstairs, a washcloth missing in the master. Also, the floors were a little "sticky" from the cleaner used. Not sure if that needs a rinse or a different cleaner would be better.

She is literally a cleaning goddess!! I can not praise Naibely enough. She is one of the MOST outstanding cleaner I have ever had. As an artist, I am the epitome of the "creative stereotype" messy and disorganized. In 3 hours she transforms the category 6 hurricane of my place into a beautiful organized oasis. I could not recommend a cleaner more in my life.

Among the several professional cleaners who have worked in my home, she compares to the top 1%. That is a high rating which is not typical for me to offer. Anyone who cleans well and organizes will always earn a high rating from me.

booked 4 hours plus window add ons which added an additional hour to allow time. she started packing up under the 4 hour appointment..Apartment looked nice after, but asked her to go over the windows again they where rushed through and you could see streaks everywhere.

I’ve been unwell and needed to rest while Maryven was in my home. She did a perfect job. The house is clean, fresh smelling and quietly organized as I prefer. She’s kind, diligent and very honest, I wasn’t well enough to put on my rings or put them away, but she just cleaned around them and placed them where I would find them. She’s amazing!
