she did a lot and fast but I did not get full 4 hours I was scheduled for. and had to ask to do things that should have been part of the cleaning. even though it was many tasks she still had a lot of time to do other things. my apartment was not guest ready. I had to do additional cleaning.

They did a wonderful job! They even asked for feedback if there was anything that they could do better in the future! Extremely accommodating and kind! They even cleaned inside of the oven when that was supposed to be an extra charge! They are truly wonderful to work with and we only want to book them moving forward!

The language barrier that we have has become a bigger problem as time has gone on. Many times we both have to repeat what we are saying 2-3 or more times. Takes quite a bit of time for the simplest statements or clarifications. I will give this one more time cleaning and then I want to try a different cleaner.

Francis came in, rolled up her sleeves, and got straight to work helping me clean that mess up. She was incredibly organized and efficient, and got WAY more done in three hours than I had thought possible.
