Lara was very thorough. Started to work immediately. Was friendly and cordial but did not waste time talking . just the right amount to get familiar with the apartment and for us to get acquainted

Aminah is very punctual and does an excellent job at cleaning my house. I appreciate her greatly. I was not able to take my dog out for a walk yesterday and she volunteered to take him out for me which I greatly appreciated.

Thanks Steven for cleaning my house but both showers were barely cleaned. I was kind disappointment when I came back home and see the showers almost the same as it was. that was my main area I scheduled for the service. the floor was not mopped, and my bed was not well made.

Didn't get everything done that I had asked (windows and baseboards) but for the price I paid it was excellent work!

Cleaning looks good but communication was challenging at first, she was 2 hours late, seemed to get lost and I had to keep following up to see when and if she was coming.

She did a great job cleaning. The only suggestion I have is to use less cleaning solution when mopping. There was a residue on the floors from too much cleaning solution.

Kathleen was a pleasure to communicate with and very accommodating. This clean was a gift for my best friend as she was moving out to a new place. She conveyed that Kathleen was great and did a good job!

Diane started with rooms to prioritize at the start. She moved from room to room, highest priority first. After cleaning thoroughly, by herself, she would move to the next room on the priority list. She worked around me nicely, as I was clearing out small, leftover items from the previous owner. The job was quoted for 10 hours but only took about 6 hours.

Sarah did an amazing job cleaning my 2-bed, 2-bath apartment! She was thorough, efficient, and left every room sparkling. The bathrooms and kitchen looked fantastic, and she even tidied up extra areas. Highly recommend her services!

Dariana was efficient and professional. She worked hard for 3 hours and did all that I asked her to do. The bathrooms and floors were especially clean. She did a terrific job dusting the upstairs area and the basement TV room.

Jerri is wonderful and very friendly. She did a thorough job and asked us to double-check everything. We found only a few minor things. She will readily use any cleaners and tools if you have specific requests. She will not touch things that you ask her not to and does her best to put everything back in it's place.

Honestly, I was going to cancel this service before Ashley came today. It's been 2 months of one ridiculous situation after another and the house has never been clean: poor quality work, leaving early, not cleaning entire rooms, asking for cash to complete the job-just ridiculous. Ashley is great; I don't want anyone but her.
