Lacey did a great job cleaning. Communication regarding her transportation issues could have been better. Also I am very sensitive to cigarettes and smoking out front while the door is cracked was not the best idea given that it caused the whole house to smell.

Unfortunately, the experience this time didn’t quite meet my expectations as the last time. There were areas that seemed to have been missed, such as dust in the bathroom cabinets, the powder room was not cleaned at all, as well as on the stove had dust not cleaned. I also noticed some spots on the living room floors that weren’t properly cleaned. Hope next time will be a better experience.

I think she has a magic wand or something, because what she accomplished in terms of cleaning and organizing my kids rooms (and on her first visit with us) who have entirely too much stuff and very limited storage, was nothing short of a miracle. Not to mention the rest of the house, and she did it all very quickly. If you can book her, DO IT!!!

Naveah was really nice and clean the house mostly good. Unfortunately I couldn’t be there to see the house once she finished, and it was pretty late. On the next day I could see that the upstairs windows weren’t completely clean, and some dirt on the floor. I was moving and the new owners complained about the floors and kitchen countertops being dirty.

I prefer the appointment start at 11 and not 2 o’clock especially when 2 o’clock turns into 230. That’s a problem for me. It was my understanding that the cleaners would bring their own equipment ie vacuum cleaner. Don’t misunderstand I still like this cleaner.
