Katerin cannot speak English and I speak little Spanish; thus, we just could not communicate well. Katerin was not completely prepared when she arrived for the cleaning. She had to request other cleaning devices be brought to her.

lenimar was very nice and did a good job. She was very communicative. I believe when you are a cleaner yourself you catch things that are missed, but this was her first time in my home and I’m sure the next time she will be able to know how I like the house cleaned and what items to pay special attention to. Even helped me figure out how to wash the Ruggable rug and it was dry by the time she was done, yet stayed a few more minutes to help me place the rug in the right spot.

she left bleach stains on the toilet set, she did'nt dust the shelfs on my bedroom dresser, she didnt do a good job vacuuming the carpet in the master bdrm and she left a copper wire mesh in the garbage disposal, and they only spoke spanish i was born in denver,m colo and i speak english very well.
