I don’t know why 4 stars are showing up- I meant to rate Vena as 5 stars. Vena is amazing! She was incredibly efficient and spent 3 hours deep cleaning my house. My biggest request was cleaning the hardwood floors throughout my house and they are now sparkling. Everything else was fantastic too. Highly recommend!!

Downstairs bathroom shelves were not dusted and sink was not cleaned. Kitchen countertops and stove top were not cleaned. Otherwise, everything else was great.

She really went above and beyond and made my home feel so refreshed and comfortable. She is very attentive to detail and thoughtful. I appreciate her work and warm personality very much! 😊

This was my 2nd cleaning with Lisa. I had already cleaned the bathrooms, so had Lisa do the dusting, floors and kitchen. I was disappointed that she didn't move any of the throw rugs - just cleaned around them. Other than that, the rest of the house looked fine.

Michelle takes the time to clean areas that are often overlooked or ignored. She’s lightening my to-do list without me having to give her detailed instructions of how/where things need done.

When my condo was super hot she tried to use my box fan and it accidentally broke, she reported it quickly to me and tried to pay me back for it, but it was old anyways and I was planning on getting a new one anyways. I appreciated more that she reported it to me immediately and can trust that if anything else happened that I would know as it happened :).

Amanda was patiently doing her cleaning. I love her and the things I couldn’t do she was able to clear and clean it for me. I would highly recommend Amanda !

Most things were done very well, including cabinet fronts, mirrors and door frames! The master bedroom dark furniture (the dresser and behind the bed--the headboard area) were missed dusting, and the bookshelves in the office and the desk didn't seem to be done either.

Sara did a great job. Sara was punctual and did great with her communication. Sara did the best job cleaning my place from my two previous cleaners. Sara has high standards of cleaning, and it is very much appreciated. Highly recommend Sara!!! I tipped Sara in person. Her standard of cleaning seems to be that of a deep cleaning.

The cleaning was ok. However, she missed cleaning the little entry room from the garage for the second time and the mopping of the floor could have been better. Please do not use abrasive powders (Comet, Ajax) on the tubs. They leave a powdery residue.

Frances did a great job cleaning. She is a hard worker and very professional. The only down side is she was not able to make it at the scheduled time, she did call to let me know she would be late which was fine, but after the 2nd time she missed I had to call her to see if she was still coming. I would still recommend her, her cleaning was excellent.

I didn't check their work even thought they asked me to. Master bathroom floor didn't seem to be swept or mopped. I asked for dusting the upstairs and 3 rooms were missed. Floors overall weren't done very well. I don't want to complain about her because she was very sweet and kind..makes me sad to complain

She left the floors way too wet, with standing water. Same with countertops in the bathroom. Move the furniture as I requested to vacuum underneath it, but failed to move it back so I could not get my wheelchair around the living room. Overall she was good and I would be happy to have her again

We just got our house a year ago and before we knew it, it got pretty dirty. Marybel came in and crushed the whole house. Everything looks really well and you can tell they’re the real deal. Would highly recommend, especially during Covid as they remained masked and gloved the entire time!
