I struggled to communicate what all I expected done due to a lack of English. As a result the clean took longer than expected and not everything was done.

She overslept and was 1.5 hrs late arriving. I messaged her and asked her if she was still coming to please come at a different time to work around my meetings, but she didn't reply and just showed up anyway. I struggled with the language barrier; it made it pretty impossible to communicate. She did an ok job cleaning, but was also pretty loud.

Edilia has amazing attention to detail. She goes above and beyond to ensure every part of the house is spotless, and has noticed dirty parts of the house that past cleaners have missed (e.g. shower mold, dusty paintings). I’m really impressed with her work! She is also quite friendly and I enjoy practicing speaking Spanish with her.

Jenny N was AMAZING! we hadn’t lived in our unit for a while due to unfortunate circumstances, and it was honestly so dirty. In 3 hours Jenny seriously transformed the place. She saved my entire month. during a hard move, she really helped me out so much and I can’t put it into words how appreciative I am of her work!!!

Dariana was great. Completely focused. She was like a woman on a mission. The biggest standout was my glass shower door, she almost made it look like new, while I had struggled to keep it clean so that I could see through it. Highly recommendable, she will be favored my next cleaning.

it was ok for a discounted clean. the kitchen trash can and rugs were mopped around and not moved, the glass on the front back doors were not cleaned, some surfaces in the primary bathroom were not cleaned.

she was incredible!!!! I was able to practice my Spanish with her and talk a bit in her mother tongue, so that was dope. Honestly people from Venezuela are so kind and just overall dope humans. I hope her family is ok amidst the earthquake situation happening.

I would love to give 5 stars. I will do a better job of where to place the tv remote. We eventually found it after a few days.
