She did a great job cleaning. The only suggestion I have is to use less cleaning solution when mopping. There was a residue on the floors from too much cleaning solution.

Maykel did a wonderful job, was punctual, followed directions exactly as I wrote them, and went above and beyond in cleaning. My house looks and smells like I just moved in and as a single mom with 2 young children I am so grateful for Maykel’s help.

Jerri is wonderful and very friendly. She did a thorough job and asked us to double-check everything. We found only a few minor things. She will readily use any cleaners and tools if you have specific requests. She will not touch things that you ask her not to and does her best to put everything back in it's place.

She is nice :) and I do like her.. she however missed a few things.. perhaps simply needs l'oreille direction as to what one expect during the cleaning.

Honestly, I was going to cancel this service before Ashley came today. It's been 2 months of one ridiculous situation after another and the house has never been clean: poor quality work, leaving early, not cleaning entire rooms, asking for cash to complete the job-just ridiculous. Ashley is great; I don't want anyone but her.
