I was SHOCKED by how amazing my apartment looked in just a few hours. Not only did she get everything spotlessly clean, she also organized and arranged everything beautifully. I will always book with Diane in the future, I’m so grateful!

She did very well over all, but putting dirty dishes in with clean ones and over filling our dish washer is not acceptable.

Angelina helped me with a really thorough clean especially on my kitchen and bathroom. my space improved by a ton.

There were some changes with the time and date but she did an excellent job. So friendly and makes my home feel so clean.

She had to cancel initially due to a car trouble but was able to return - Despite the setback, and arriving late- she is a kind and dedicated girl who consistently performs her tasks well. She stayed a little longer to complete the cleaning, and I paid her for the extra time, appreciating her commitment to finishing the job thoroughly. Iris is great.

Walk-in master bedroom closet carpet was not vacuumed. Mirrors in bathrooms and glass doors on microwave and oven were streaked. Otherwise, it was good.

Karla was on time, and very detailed & efficient with her cleaning. She’s also pleasant and cares about her work.

Lorelei did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She messaged me a couple of times to clarify what I wanted and was prompt to let me know when she ran into an issue. I highly recommend!

missed a few things such as not picking up rugs before vacuuming and mopping the hardwood floors. Something pink bled through on the bathroom counter and now I can’t get it up from the granite.

The cleaning was good & Elsa was polite. I would not like Elsa to come back though. There are things I'm a little picky about cleaning; since I don't speak Spanish, I couldn't get them across. Google Translate only goes so far.

Karen is extremely polite. She’s punctual, thorough and pays attention to details. She’s super efficient and gets the job done with everything looking clean and shinny!

Things looked good, but some items weren't put back where they belong. Just small things like the mats being switched in the downstairs, a washcloth missing in the master. Also, the floors were a little "sticky" from the cleaner used. Not sure if that needs a rinse or a different cleaner would be better.

Always a pleasure to have Steven out to clean. My house looks great, he is so kind to both me and my dogs.

Charles was great! From the beginning he was energetic and moving fast. IT WAS EASILY one of the best cleanings we've had. He did what 3 people couldn't do successfully. He is easily one of the most respectful and personable and easy to communicate with cleaners ever.

it was good. very detailed, but they did forget to sweep and mop our main floor. don’t think they brought a mop.

booked 4 hours plus window add ons which added an additional hour to allow time. she started packing up under the 4 hour appointment..Apartment looked nice after, but asked her to go over the windows again they where rushed through and you could see streaks everywhere.

The language barrier that we have has become a bigger problem as time has gone on. Many times we both have to repeat what we are saying 2-3 or more times. Takes quite a bit of time for the simplest statements or clarifications. I will give this one more time cleaning and then I want to try a different cleaner.
