Jessica was right on time. Once I told her what needed to be cleaned, she got right to work. One bathroom was really bad. Once Jessica got done with the bathroom it looked better then the say I moved in. The whole apartment did.

Caitlin was prompt and got going quickly. She did most of what I needed, some dusting was around things that needed to be picked up and wiped down, missed vacuuming a room. I think our vacuum filled up and needed dumped so she may have stopped at that point. We would definitely have her back if she wanted to, our messy house may have been too much!

Marina is my absolute favorite cleaner on Homeaglow. She was the first to be able to clean my whole home in less time than I allotted! Wow, she cleaned top to bottom my 5k sq foot house and I got to play with my kiddo and walk the dogs. She is the best mom’s helper. Tipped in cash. Really liked Danielle. She worked quickly and did a good job considering how long it had been a incentive it had been cleaned. The floor boards and window sills were dusted, but not cleaned as requested and she still had time left to do so. I tipped Dannielle in cash and would hire here again

Both of the ladies did such a wonderful job taking care of our home. My house is clean in places that I didn’t even think that they would clean for us - but they did! everything works and smells amazing. They were also really excited to meet our senior dog and new puppy.

When my condo was super hot she tried to use my box fan and it accidentally broke, she reported it quickly to me and tried to pay me back for it, but it was old anyways and I was planning on getting a new one anyways. I appreciated more that she reported it to me immediately and can trust that if anything else happened that I would know as it happened :).

Most things were done very well, including cabinet fronts, mirrors and door frames! The master bedroom dark furniture (the dresser and behind the bed--the headboard area) were missed dusting, and the bookshelves in the office and the desk didn't seem to be done either.

Sara did a great job. Sara was punctual and did great with her communication. Sara did the best job cleaning my place from my two previous cleaners. Sara has high standards of cleaning, and it is very much appreciated. Highly recommend Sara!!! I tipped Sara in person. Her standard of cleaning seems to be that of a deep cleaning.
